Justin Smith Bio

Justin ‘Boosted J’ Smith, from Kissimmee, FL., is a high stakes online regular, who also competes in some of the largest tournaments in the world.

Smith began his poker career at the age of 17 playing microstakes online, after a near-fatal motorcycle accident temporally confined him to a wheelchair. With his health regained, Smith has gone on to finish third in the 2009 World Poker Tour Bellagio Cup V championship event for $464,870 and second in the 2010 WPT Bellagio Cup VI championship for $594,755.

Smith’s back-to-back runs in the same event are evidence of his ability to conquer not just the high stakes cash games, but major tournaments as well.
