Hans Lund Bio

The "Tuna" began playing tournaments in 1977. He went on to win World Series of Poker bracelets in 1978 and in 1996. This legendary player has come close to winning the World Series of Poker main event twice with a runner-up finish in 1990 and a third-place finish in 1992.

Lund has also won the Super Bowl of Poker main event and the best all-around player award at the Diamond Jim Brady tournament. Lund eventually retired to spend time with his two children but still makes appearances from time to time on the circuit.
