World College Poker Spring Break Party Event Kicks Off On Mar. 26

Registration Is Now Open On The ClubGG App

World College Poker’s Spring Break Party event will kick off the WCP 2022 season on Mar. 26th on the ClubGG application. Students interested in participating can join WCP’s club on ClubGG, and will then be able to can compete with friends and college club rivals for amazing prizes from around the world. WCP membership is free for students aged 18 to 35 with a valid ID. Participants must be are currently enrolled at colleges, universities, and vocational schools worldwide.

A number of new sponsors have signed on board this season, including Chip Leader Coaching, the poker training site founded by high-stakes tournament stars Chance Kornuth and Alex Foxen.

“We are excited about teaching and inspiring college students worldwide to improve
their game,” said Kornuth in WCP’s latest press release. “Alex Foxen and I were both students at one time and we decided to share our years of study to be successful in the game with Chip Leader Coaching members. Maybe the next poker superstar will emerge from the WCP platform and our partnership.”

Poker clothing company River Rat Poker Apparel is also among the new sponsors for the 2022 season. The lead sponsor is Matt Berkey’s Solve for Why Academy, with other returning sponsors including PLOQuickPro.com, First Land of Poker (FLOP), PokerCoaching.com, PokerHeadRush.com, Card Player Magazine, Breinfuel, D&B Publishing, Aquarian Bookshop, and Next Gen Poker.

Membership to World College Poker is now open. Students must be a member of the
WCP platform to participate in all events. In addition to free entry into all WCP competitions, members will also receive two master class videos from poker pro Alex Fitzgerald, Steve Blay’s book – Seven Days to Better Flop Play, access to a myriad of sponsor discounts, weekly poker quizzes, and exclusive zoom seminars with poker’s
biggest stars.

with star players like Matt Berkey, Chance Kornuth, Alex Foxen, 2015 World Series of Poker main event champion Joe McKeehen, John Beauprez, Alex Fitzgerald, Patrik Antonius, and Amanda Botfeld – the author of ‘A Girl’s Guide to Poker’.

PokerCoaching.com founder and two-time WPT main event champion Jonathan Little said, “WCP tournaments are the best college poker tournaments, bar none. Our team is proud to be a sponsor of WCP.”

The WCP also expects to announce ways for members to earn entries into live tournaments this year, saying that, “GGPoker’s partnership with the WSOP is a big part of the reason WCP is leveling up the 2022 season.” More information is expected on that front soon.
