Raskin, 50, admitted to supplying huge quantities of marijuana to a Baltimore County drug crew. According to prosecutors, the New York-native received shipments from growers in California and distributed it in Baltimore, Washington D.C., and Virginia.

“He’s taking responsibility for his actions,” said David Cohen, Raskin’s attorney.

Last year, federal agents placed a wiretap on Raskin’s phone after investigating the Baltimore drug ring. It led to his arrest and the seizure of 360 pounds of marijuana from his New York home.

Along with the huge haul of flower, feds also seized THC-infused wax, vape pens, a loaded shotgun, a taser, a high-end SUV, a 2016 Chevrolet Corvette, $140,000 in cash, and artwork that was believed to be worth more than $100,000. This led authorities to label him a ‘dangerous individual’ after the bust was made public.

Raskin, who has just shy of $2 million in live tournament earnings, was released under supervision and will await sentencing in June. The crime brings a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison.
