Running a poker game from her house has landed a 90-year-old Georgia woman in jail on gambling charges, according to reporting from wbtv.com.

The woman, Mary Morgan, set the record for the oldest person to ever be put into the Dougherty County jail. Police held a press conference after the raid and expressed pride in their efforts that led to a 90-year-old behind bars.

It took multiple Georgia agencies two entire months to crack down on the small-stakes game, which allegedly included the illegal selling of alcohol and tobacco. Other drugs were allegedly found in the raid, which took place Saturday. Altogether, 16 people were arrested.

Police seized $4,100 in cash from the poker game. Authorities also took lawn equipment from the property, as one of the charges is for “keeping…a disorderly house,” the report said.

People who were playing poker when police arrived reportedly were charged with gambling.

Playing live poker for money is illegal in Georgia, but you can buy lotto tickets there.

This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I can't believe im the only one commenting on this. I play poker for a living for 8 years and i have never heard of a "HOME GAME" being raided in this manner. DISGUSTING.
