Talking Stick Resort To Host Eighth Annual Arizona State Ladies Poker Championship

Tournament Kicks Off Sep. 14

Lady luck won’t be the only woman visiting Talking Stick Resort on Sep. 14-16, thanks to the 8th Annual Arizona State Ladies Poker Championship. Women of every skill level are welcome to sign up for the $355+$45 buy-in tournament in the ARENA Poker Room at Talking Stick Resort.

Registration for the event is currently underway. And with a $142,000 prize pool up for grabs and bragging rights on the line, the ladies will want to be all in for this occasion.

Bigger than ever before, the championship will start players with a whopping 12,000 chips. Two hundred competitors will battle it out both, Saturday and Sunday in hopes of advancing to the ultimate round. However, players eliminated on the first day of the tournament can still partake in the fun as they’ll have the option to re-buy the following morning.

The finals will commence on Monday on Sep. 16. With a prize pool based on 400 entries, the champion will go home with, not only a championship bracelet, but a trophy and $34,080. The second-place finisher would snag $19,880. Fans of all things poker won’t want to miss out on the chance to win big at the Talking Stick Resort.
