You could never be what this 24 year old man is. This Coleman is a breath of fresh air. Do you listen to yourself? I just read your message to Daniel Coleman and I'm not shocked at how you refuse to admit that Coleman is 100% correct. By the way many people in this country have jobs that they know are robbing people and go home at nught hating what they do for a living. Wallstreet is nothing but criminal , jacked up fees , bullshit advice , all to create a huge pool of money so that very few can profit . Sound familiar ? What I find funny is you giving fatherly advice to this 24 year old "Man" , you are completely clueless on life. Coleman was obv. raised by great people. One drop helping so many people please man are you serious? 4.5 million big deal! You have power get something done through poker stars or these filthy casinos to help their community's with real growth . Have you seen Atlantic City lately ? The best thing this kid can do is stay away from all of you unless he's doing he teaching.

Hey, TheJOEF,

Your are way off base!!! This kid, Daniel is not being fair to himself or the game which has given him so much. Kid Poker is trying to help him count his blessings and see how lucky he is to have this fame and fortune. How he needs to use this gift to help benefit everybody else who is involved or thinking about being involved in the game. By just saying " no comment" he is not helping anybody!!. When you become successful, you have 2 path you can take. Do nothing, take the money and say "no comment" or help educate people to help society. It is obvious which path this punk has taken as of now, THE EASY WAY OUT! Suck everything he can out of the game and leave it high and dry. He is a loser (as of now) and I hope he changes his way
By the way, do you really think Atlantic Cities decline has anything to do with Poker?, get real!!.

Hey Brian , Atlantic City is an arm pit and has been for about 45 years. It has nothing to do with poker but everything to do with gambling and greed. My point to Kid poker is that Coleman spoke the truth. The poker life, the casino life should not be glorified . It is quite dark and hurtful to these young men and women's growth . Im not talking about people just having some fun. Coleman nailed it 100% in my opinion. It's all one big hustle and that's fine but please understand that you are the mark at all times . Negreanu is a terrific self promoter and pitch man for the business of poker. You could say he comes off as a nice guy. Hes a stone cold hustler and that's ok because it's not illegal . He's great at his craft and in the last 10 years he might have done a better job of keeping himself in the poker spotlight then anyone. A disclaimer should be applied every time a professional poker player talks. If you try playing poker professionally it's 100% that you will lose your money and barrow and lose other people's money, stay in school kids.

Someone shouldn't be watching Ender's Game on repeat before playing the One Drop.

The article has obvious contradictory remarks. Either give him hell for not doing the 'customary' thing (as you say) or leave it alone; but to say you 'respect' him for not doing an nterview is soft and fake when you truly claim otherwise.
If he does interviews, and speaks his mind about the 'bad' in poker, the entire poker world will scold him.
Staying quiet is the extremely mature approach. How ironic that Negreanu tries to 'father' him using seemingly mature advice when this young man proves his maturity with a humble gesture to refuse an interview.
Negreanu actually goes as far as to patronize him, telling him not to 'waste' his gift. Would you tell him not to run in front of a train... and mean it!?
