On Wednesday, April 28, I will be attending a wonderful Texas Hold’ em Charity Poker event in NYC. The event will be held at Hudson Terrace, a hip club/lounge overlooking the Hudson River . Top prize is an amazing Aspen Ritz-Carlton vacation. Other prizes include a weekend getaway at a beautiful Hamptons home, designer jewelry, fashion handbags, sports memorabilia and more. I will be joined by several other poker celebrities as well as NY Giants Justin Tuck and Shaun O’Hara and former NY Yankee Jeff Nelson.

Details on the event are below:

Date: Wednesday, April 28

Location: Hudson Terrace ( 621 West 46th Street @ 12th Avenue )

Time: Event starts at 6:30PM. Play begins promptly at 8PM.

Donation: $250 for poker buy-in.

I encourage you to consider joining me at the event. If interested, you can pre-register at www.thechildrensstorefront.org and click “Make A Donation”. Attached is a flyer from the event. You can also view last year’s event by clicking http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QHtfES9KWa4.

I hope to see you there.

I'm not sure that winning one major poker tournament makes you a celebrity Roy......

Can we please let the Borgata sleeping dog lie once and for all. It's getting old. So Roy likes the Borgata like a fat kid likes ice cream. We get it. Let's move forward....PLEASE!! ps... Nelly pitched for the M's too. :) Next... "my 2 cents".

Thanks for informing us that you are a celebrity. I had no idea. I think I saw you on TV once during the main event a few years ago. Other than that, this blog is the only place Ive ever seen or heard of you. Im not sure why you think you are a celebrity. How many poker celebrities are there? Im guessing the other celebrities at this event arent very well known either as youve neglected to list their names.
