When I became a partner in Card Player in 1998, there were seven sales people, three of whom were full-time. One of those sales people, Bonnie Rattner, is now our national sales manager.
There is some kind of business story here, because our sales have never been so good, our files so accurate, and our customer service so on the ball. Bonnie is the reason for all of that. Although constantly on the road visiting customers, with committed effort and the assistance of high technology, Bonnie has an ability to stay in touch with anyone necessary, whenever necessary.
You may have seen her playing poker in your favorite poker room. Besides being great at business, she happens to be an outstanding poker player who can play my chips anytime.
Because of her constant travels around the country, nobody knows what is going on in the poker community more than she does. If you want to know about customs, promotions, rules, policies, personalities, employees, or anything else in poker, she is the one to ask. Additionally, she probably knows more about the status of Internet gaming than anybody. She has personally dealt with all of our Internet customers, from the time of their very first ads until now.
The next time you see Bonnie, say hi. She'll enjoy that.
