From middle position, Marius Hogtun min-raises to $20,000 and William Thorsson apprehensively calls from the big blind.  The flop comes 1066, Thorsson checks, Hogtun bets $40,000, and Thorsson calls.  The turn is the 10, Thorsson checks, Hogtun goes all-in for his remaining $100,000 and Thorsson instantly calls with KQ.  Hogtun shows AK and the river is the 3, giving Thorsson a flush and eliminating Hogtun in 136th place.

From the cut-off, William Thorsson raises to $35,000 and Marcello Del Grosso calls from the button.  The flop comes 1065, Thorsson leads out with $40,000 and Del Grosso calls.  The turn is the 2 and Thorsson pumps out $100,000.  Del Grosso thinks and folds pocket 9's, face-up.  Currently, Thorsson has $1,440,000.

Raphael Doromal calls from middle position, along with Jamie Gold in late position.  Barry Goren checks in the big blind and the flop comes 965.  Goren pushes all-in for $389,000 and is called by Doromal who only has $300,000.  Gold goes into the tank for a solid 3 minutes before mucking his hand after saying I have to be behind.  Goren flips over 96 for two pair, but Doromal turns over 55 for a set of 5's.  The turn and the river bring Queens and Doromal doubles through Goren with a full house.  Goren is down to $89,000 while Doromal now sits at $600,000.  After the hand Gold tells the table he folded Aces and that is why it took him so long before he mucked his hand.

Dan Nassif raises to $40,000 in the cut-off.  Action folds to Allen Cunningham on the small blind, and he pushes all-in for his last $260,000.  Nassif folds to the raise and Cunningham takes the pot.  Cunningham now has $324,000.

With a board of A-K-8-7-3, there is $250,000 in the pot.  David Woo bets $100,000, and Fred Goldberg calls.  Woo shows 76, and Goldberg mucks.  Woo is now at $1,435,000.

With a flop of K82 the player in the big blind bets $50,000 into the $120,000 pot. Jamie Gold raises to $100,000 and the big blind calls. The turn is a 3 and the big blind checks again.  Gold bets out $200,000 and tells his opponent, "You don't wanna call."  His opponent angrily folds A-K face up.  Gold mucks his cards into the discard without showing. His opponent is frustrated that Gold didn't shows his hand after he did.  Gold is now up to $3,500,000.
