Davidi Kitai
Davidi Kitai has been traveling the tournament circuit both domestically and abroad for over two years, but he didn’t quite make his presence known until his tremendous showing at the 2008 World Series of Poker. Kitai cashed three times, made two final tables and most importantly of all, got his first gold bracelet in event no. 38, pot-limit hold’em. In addition to his success at the Rio, Kitai also proved he was no slouch on the EPT when he narrowly missed the final table of the 2007 EPT Barcelona main event, busting in 11th place. His success that summer certainly helped his bankroll as Kitai sits just under $500,000 in lifetime earnings.
When he’s not playing live, Kitai tears up the online world under the name legrouzin. In Card Player’s OPOY records, Kitai has put up great numbers in the daily rebuys and has over $150,000 in online winnings on just PokerStars alone.
