As is the custom at the Bellagio, with about 15 minutes to play in the final level of the night, the clock is turned off and someone is given the opportunity to draw a card, 3 through 8, which will determine how many hands each table will play before being excused for the night.

Gavin Smith drew the card and selected a five. Five hands later, and the players began bagging and tagging their chips.

The unmistakeable afro of Alex Jacob has just left the Fontana Lounge, busted late in the last level of play.

Jacob had a great summer of tournament play, cashing eight times at the World Series of Poker. But despite many chances, Jacob failed to make a final table or score a six-figure cash.

With about 45 minutes remaining on the clock, the action is finally picking up here in the Fontana Lounge. While a few of the pros skipped the first few levels to catch up on a month's worth of sleep, skipping the whole day is not an option, considering that each round will cost these players 1,650 in chips.

We've broken another table, but so far the big named pros are holding their own and staying in the hunt.

After finding some empty seats it has been determined that Leo "Superfluous Man" Wolpert, Jason "Jcarver" Somerville, Noah "fourUhaters" Schwartz, and Jeffrey Lisandro from the featured table.

The players have returned from the break for their last level of the evening, with increased blinds of 300-600 with a 75 ante.

The players are now on their final 15-minute break of the evening.
