The tournament staff has announced that play will end for the night right now, and the final 10 players will return tomorrow at 1 p.m. to play down to the Grand Final champion.  The players are currently bagging up thier chips, and the official chip counts and recap for Day 4 will be posted shortly.

In a battle of the blinds, on a board of 10 4 3, Joe Hachem makes a bet of about 100,000. Isaac Baron asks for a count and finds out that Hachem has about 500,000 behind. Baron thinks before pushing all in, having Hachem covered. Hachem calls fairly quickly, showing 10 6 for top pair. Baron flips up J 10 for top pair with a better kicker. The turn is the 5, giving Hachem some more outs with an open-ended straight draw. The river, however, is the A, and Hachem is out of the tournament in 11th place ($159,691).






 

Robin Keston raises almost all in preflop, and Isaac Baron pushed all in over the top, having Keston covered. Keston calls and shows pocket sixes, and he finds that he is dominated by Baron's pocket jacks. The board runns out A K 8 7 J, giving Baron an unneeded set of jacks to eliminate Keston in 12th place ($159,691).

Antonio Esfandiari raises preflop and is called by Glenn Chorny. The flop comes Q J 10, Esfandiari checks, and Chorny bets. Esfandiari calls, and the turn is the J. Esfandiari again checks, and Chorny again bets out, this time for 180,000. Esfandiari calls, and the river is the 5. Esfandiari checks a third time, Chorny bets a third time, this time for 450,000, and Esfandiari deliberates for quite some time, saying that he's either got a full hosue or he's on a complete bluff. He eventually calls, and Chorny turns over pocket queens, confirming the later of Esfandiari's theories. Esfandiari ships the big pot to Chorny, who now sits with 3.4 million, while Esfandiari is now down to 752,000.

Henrik Gwinner raises to 55,000 preflop under the gun and Michael Martin makes the call UTG+1. Stig Rasmussen raises to 180,000 and Gwinner folds. Martin calls and the flop rolls out J92 - Ramussen moves all in. Martin immediately calls and flips up pocket aces. Rasmussen shows pocket sevens and the turn and river fall JK. Rasmussen takes a large hit and he is now down to 705,000. Martin doubles up by winning this huge pot to 1.4 million.
