A $15-$30 game. You are in the big blind holding A-J. The under-the-gun player opens with a raise and only the small blind calls. You call. There is $90 in the pot and three players. The flop is: A-K-6, giving you top pair, good kicker. The small blind bets. You raise and both players call. There is $180 in the pot. The turn is the 6. The small blind bets. What do you do?
