Once all of the cards were dealt, Brooks could not find a hand to defeat his opponent and the defending champion of this event was sent packing in 13th place.

Lisandro then offered a side bet to Negreanu, offering him 6 to 1 odds if he turned over a 6 or a 9 from Lisandro’s hole cards. “I couldn’t beat the two pair,” Negreanu said, not biting on the bet. Lisandro finally said “forget it” and raked in the pot, building his stack to almost 400,000. Negreanu was down to around 130,000 after the hand.
