Michael McDonald - Bio

Michael McDonald is known as 'Timex' online, where he honed his poker skills before he was allowed to even step foot in a casino. Once he reached the barely legal age of 18, he wasted no time dominating in major tournaments. His first major cash was for when he placed 14th in the 2007 European Poker Tour main event in Prague, worth more than $28,000.

McDonald followed that with three cashes in the 2008 Aussie Millions, with one of them being a win. Then, in February of 2008, he became the youngest person to win an event on the EPT when he took down the tournament in Dortmund, Germany. The remarkable young Canadian player has only been allowed to compete on the circuit for a short time and has already had such enormous success.
