Eric ?Rizen? Lynch has become one of the most recognizable names in online poker and is quickly becoming a particularly noteworthy player in live tournaments.
He claimed almost $600,000 from just two events at the 2006 World Series of Poker, including a 24th-place finish in the main event and a third place in the $1,500 pot-limit hold?em. In 2007, Lynch cashed five times at the WSOP and made two final tables. In the $1,500 pot-limit Omaha event, he finished second, which was good for almost $120,000. Altogether, Lynch has nearly $800,000 in live tournament winnings.
Born in October 1978, Lynch was an IT consultant before turning to professional poker.
