Joseph Hachem won the $7.5 million that came with the 2005 World Series of Poker main-event bracelet. He already has proven that he is not a fluke.
In the 2006 WSOP, Hachem finished second in the no-limit hold'em shorthanded event, and fourth in the pot-limit hold'em event. Also in 2006, he won more than $2 million when taking down the World Poker Tour Five-Diamond World Poker Classic. In two years, he racked up more than $10 million in tournament winnings.
Hachem grew up in Australia, where he became a chiropractor. He was forced to quit because of a rare blood disorder that affected his hands. He now lives in Beverly Hills, California, and represents Team PokerStars.
