Just shy of a degree in criminology from the University of Washington, Quinn Do dropped out of college my to go into the restaurant business, but in 2004, he decided to play poker full time. He moved from Seattle, Washington to L.A. in search for better games.
A cash game and tournament player, Do won a World Series of Poker gold bracelet in 2005 by winning a $2,500 limit hold'em event. He also won a no-limit hold'em preliminary event at the 2005 Five-Diamond World Poker Classic and finished second in the first Bellagio Cup Challenge, also in 2005. Then, at the 2008 L.A. Poker Classic, Do made his first televised World Poker Tour final table and came in second for more than $909,000.
