Prahlad Friedman Bio

Prahlad Friedman is an American poker player who has built his reputation both online and live. His success in live poker is considerable for a player who plays predominantly online.

Friedman won a World Series of Pokerr bracelet in 2003 in a $1,500 pot-limit hold?em event, earning himself $109,400. In 2005, Friedman came in second at the WSOP Tournament Circuit championship, which was good for more than $363,000. His largest cash to date came when he finished 20th ($494,797) at the 2006 WSOP main event, no small feat considering the 8,773 entrants. His total live poker winnings are in the millions.

Friedman went to UC Berkeley, where he majored in ethnic studies.
