Scott Clements, of Mount Vernon, Washington, is known as "BigRiskky" online. In live tournaments, he made his first World Series of Poker cash in the 2005 main event. Since then, he has pocketed two WSOP bracelets in Omaha.
His first bracelet came in 2006 in a $3,000 buy-in Omaha eight-or-better event in which he beat Thor Hansen heads up. Then, in the 2007 WSOP, he took down a $1,500 buy-in pot-limit Omaha event. He continued his run and claimed his first World Poker Tour title at the 2007 World Poker Tour North American Poker Championship.
Clements took home nearly $1.5 million for that win. After such a hot 2007, Clements was up for the Card Player Player of the Year award as one of the top contenders. Clements ultimately finished fourth, but soon after David Pham was announced the winner, Clements took down the PokerStars Sunday Million tournament for more than $165,000.
