NBC Heads-Up Championship Airs Final Episode Sunday

Poker fans need to set the TiVo, DVR, or, for those who are a little behind on technology, the VCR for Sunday at Noon ET on NBC. The final episode of the National Heads-Up Poker Championship is being aired, and viewers don’t want to miss the Final Four play down to the $500,000 winner.

The 64 original competitors are down to the winner of each bracket at this point. The winner of the Hearts bracket is Andy Bloch, and he will face off against Huck Seed, winner of the Diamonds bracket who has cashed in every single NHPC to date. Chris Ferguson won the Clubs bracket and will go head-to-head with Phil Ivey, who is coming fresh off his first World Poker Tour victory. Ferguson is looking to move past this round to play in his third Finals at the NHPC. In 2005 and 2006, he placed runner-up for $250,000 each.
