Three events started on day 3 of the PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP), but only two have concluded.

Event no. 9, which is taking the place of the usually scheduled Super Tuesday tournament, drew an impressive field of 1,612 players. There are 93 players remaining and all are gunning for a first-place prize of $269,284.

Among the notables still in contention are Team PokerStars Pro members Andre “aakkari” Akkari and Joe “jcada99” Cada.
