Germany Crowns Strip Poker Champion
Marcel Langkebel Tops 54 Strong Field In National Strip Poker Final
Marcel Langkebel beat model Jasmin Sun heads up in the first national strip poker tournament in Germany over the weekend.
The event, held in Hamburg after qualifiers in Berlin, Dresden and Cologne, attracted a large and curious crowd which saw players able to trade garments for more chips.
Organisers said the event proved so popular they will now consider taking it international.
It’s not the first time strip poker has hit the headlines in a big way. Paddy Power hosted the World Strip Poker Championships in London in 2006. The event (pictured) attracted almost 200 players and was won by journalist Jon Young.
