Another poker training site has just been launched called ProPlayLive.com, but this one is a bit different. The site features some of the best and most well known names in poker such as Annie Duke, Greg Raymer, Erik Seidel, Bill Chen, Alex Outhred, John Lukas, Mark Kroon, and Shawn Rice, with more to be added soon.
Subscribers get to watch these top pros play various games with a range of buy-ins, while listening to them explaining the thinking behind their movements, as the videos are streamed directly to the viewer’s computer.
Head instructor, 2004 World Series of Poker main event champion, Greg "FossilMan" Raymer, said, “Since mid 2008 we've been steadily building up our video library and now have a formidable amount of poker training video content spanning a wide variety of poker games and buy-in levels, all with top poker professionals as instructors.”
The site’s instructors have been busy contributing more than 100 training videos. Players can feel safe in the knowledge that they are learning some tried and tested methods, as currently ProPlayLive.com has more than 18 WSOP bracelets to its name, and total tournament winnings reaching up and over the $20 million mark.
Beverly Pipes, Director of Customer Service at the site, said, “Our approach was to offer great poker training for both the online player and the live game player who visits casino poker rooms or plays home games and do it with instructors that have proven live game success.”
