Satellites Are Now Running

PokerStars wants as many players as possible playing in the events that fill its World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) schedule, which starts next Friday, and that’s why its satellite schedule is so jam-packed with qualifiers for players of all levels and bankroll sizes.

Players can get into any of the 33 events by playing in satellites that start for as little as $2.20. Satellites are also being offered at buy-ins of $3.33, $3.50, $4.40, $5.50, and $7.70 on up. Shootouts, single- and multi-table tourneys, and rebuy events all are offered. Qualifiers are starting at pretty much any time during the day, so check the PokerStars tournament listings on the client software to view all of them, or check out the WCOOP qualifiers page on PokerStars.com. The tournament lobby also has a WCOOP tab that filters the listings down to just WCOOP events and qualifiers.

This year’s WCOOP has a total guaranteed prize pool of $30 million. A complete list of events follows:
