Win Seat Into North American Poker Championship on Cake Poker

The only Canadian stop on the World Poker Tour is the North American Poker Championship, and CakePoker is now running satellites for its players to win a $12,000 prize package to play the world-class event.

Daily quarter-final satellites run for $5 and award seats into a weekly semi-final that takes place every Sunday at 5:30 p.m. EST. To buy-in directly into the semifinal, it costs $40. For every $215 in the prize pool, a seat into the weekly final is awarded. This qualifier awards the $12,000 packages and runs every Sunday from now until Sept. 28 at 8 p.m. EST. The $12,000 package includes the $10,200 buy-in and $1,800 for travel and accommodations. The North American Poker Championship takes place at the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, and last year the winner took home more than $1.3 million.
