Full Tilt pro Jennifer Harman hosted the Animal Lovers charity poker tournament on FullTiltPoker.com this weekend, and more than $30,000 was raised for the Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (NSPCA).
Jzeeee outlasted the 3,009 players who entered and received the nearly $2,235 first-place prize. Half of the $10 buy-in was set aside for charity, and the total came to about $15,000. FullTiltPoker.com matched that, making the total donation $30,090.

Last year, the event raised $130,000 for the NSPCA. The winner was Kirk Morrison, who defeated Card Player’s own Justin Marchand heads up.
