Negreanu, Mueller and Other Pros Play Pickup Hockey In Las Vegas

Card Player TV Brings You A Look At The Street Hockey Action


Card Player TV caught Daniel Negreanu trying to check former professional ice hockey player Greg Mueller when it got a behind-the-scenes look at a pickup hockey game, featuring Negreanu and Mueller, along with Trevor Pope, Dan O’Brien, Matt Stout and a handful of their friends. These five pros have more than $24 million in combined tournament earnings so its clear they’ve got skills on the felt, but here they demonstrate that they also have some skills in the rink.

With some players on foot and others on rollerblades, it took a while to determine the teams, but eventually Mueller joined the team captained by Pope while Stout and Negreanu went to the team headed up by O’Brien.

The first two periods were mostly a tight affair, but the floodgates really opened up in the third period. Check out all the action in the video below:
