On Saturday December 8th, 2012 starting at 2 pm, at the Venetian poker room in Las Vegas, poker pros, celebrities and those just looking to give to good cause while having a good time will come together for the fifth annual All-In For CP Celebrity Poker Tournament, co-hosted by Cheryl Hines and Karina Jett.

The program is the primary source of fundraising for the The One Step Closer Foundation, and so far to date this event has raised over $460,000.

This $500+$40 no limit hold’em event with $200 rebuys for the first 90 minutes is looking to raise money to be distributed to an array of foundations that directly impact the research and individuals that are affected by Cerebral Palsy.

Participants who make the final table will receive over $25,000 in cash and prizes, while the remainder of the prize pool will go to the foundation.

Celebrities scheduled to attend include Donnie Wahlberg, Simpson’s co-creator Sam Simon, Jennifer Tilly, Mekhi Phifer, Sean Astin, Joe Jonas of The Jonas Brothers, Cheryl Hines, Frank Mariani, Montel Williams and many more.

Many top poker player are also set to attend, including Scotty Nguyen, Barry Greenstein, Victor Ramdin, Joe Cada, Darvin Moon, Todd & Pam Brunso, Mike “the mouth” Matusow, Mike Sexton, Patrik Antonius, Antonio Esfandiari, Dan Fleyshman, Dennis Phillips, Andy Bloch, Annie LePage, Annie Duke, David “Chino” Rheem, Tiffany Michelle and Maria Ho.
