Last week, Nevada gaming regulators gave online gaming licenses to Ultimate Gaming, a creation from the hands of Station Casinos and its technology firm Fertitta Interactive.

The company runs Ultimate Poker, which is considered a partner with the UFC.

“This is an important milestone for our company as we continue to develop an industry-leading online gaming company,” Tom Breitling, chairman of Ultimate Gaming, said in a press release. “We know Nevada will set the foundation for safety and security for this burgeoning industry and we look forward to working closely with regulators to ensure trust and consumer confidence.”

Both the Golden Nugget and Boyd Gaming were approved for similar licenses last week.
