Steve Wynn, a Las Vegas casino owner, has won $20 million from a slander suit against “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis, the L.A. Times reported Monday. The case was over death threats that Francis alleged were made against him via email.

Francis has maintained for years that Wynn wanted him buried in the desert.

The legal battles between the two businessmen date back to when Francis lost about $2 million while gambling under Wynn’s roof.

Francis claims that music producer Quincy Jones had seen the emails and told him about it, something that Jones denied on the witness stand. Evidence of such emails was never presented in the court proceedings.

Wynn testified that he has never even sent an email in his entire 70 years of living.

Francis already owes Wynn millions from other civil action.
