Native American Casino Poker Tour Kicks Off Thursday

The Inaugural NACPT Series to Be Held at Choctaw Casino Resort

Choctaw Casino ResortCard Player Media is excited to present the first stop of the brand new Native American Casino Poker Tour (NACPT) at the Choctaw Casino Resort in Durant, Oklahoma, from Dec. 1-11.

The Casino: Choctaw, which recently received a Four Diamond rating by AAA, is home to a 30-table poker room with a personal lounge and high-limit area, located on its own floor away from the noise of other games. With a private staff and guest services, the lounge makes poker players feel comfortable.

Location: The casino is located less than a two-hour drive away from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Tournaments: Players with smaller bankrolls need not to worry, as the 20-event NACPT Choctaw will have buy-ins starting as low as $125. All side events and satellites to the $1,000 main event (starting Dec. 10) are open to anyone 18 and older.

Hotels: There are two hotels at the casino, The Inn and The Tower, which is the newest property at Choctaw. All players who participate in the tournament series will have a discounted rate of $59 during the week and $79 during the weekend at The Inn and $69 during the week and $99 during the weekend at The Tower.

Those interested in attending the NACPT Choctaw can call 888-OK-Choctaw for the special room rates in the casino’s 330-room hotel.

Coverage: Card Player will provide live streaming coverage of the NACPT Choctaw final table via Card Player TV, featuring interviews with players and tournament staff throughout the luxurious property. In addition to video reporting on CardPlayer.com, the winner of this $1,000 buy-in main event will be featured in a Card Player Magazine cover story.
