It was only 20 years ago that Spago opened in Las Vegas and created the now much copied concept of fine dining with a well-known gourmet chef who became famous elsewhere.
Somehow we got out of the habit of dining there (at The Forum Shops). We tried it early this week and the experience was so outstanding that we went again tonight.
It is still great.
