Like many young poker players, Vivek Rajkumar of Seattle, Washington honed his skills online. He’s known as “Psyduck” to the online poker community, and has gained a reputation for being a killer live tournament player. In his first-ever World Series of Poker, Rajkumar cashed five times with one final table finish. His first major win came when he took down a preliminary event at the 2008 L.A. Poker Classic for more than $113,000. Then, he took down a World Poker Tour title at the 2008 Borgata Poker Open for more than $1.4 million after defeating a field of 516 players. The young pro has only been on the circuit for a couple years but is already showing long-term potential.
