Born in Freeport, Grand Bahamas, “The Donator,” is quite a sight at the tables. Brought to the U.S. at a young age, Paterson adapted quickly to his new environment. A heavy better with the sports books, Paterson pretty much stumbled his way into he game of poker by accident. 

Deciding to hedge his bets, Paterson began focusing on his poker game. After just three years of play, he began challenging himself by playing online poker with the likes of Phil Ivey and John D’Agostino. In addition to online play, Paterson began picking the minds of players like Michael “The Grinder” Mizarachi and Josh Arieh and hasn’t looked back since with his biggest finish to date coming at the Borgata Poker Classic, where he finished sixth.
