Based out of Houston, Texas, Quoc Al Vinh has been playing poker professionally for years. Better know in the poker world as "Vinnie" Vinh, he has managed to cash in more than 40 tournaments since 2001.
In addition, he has won a number of events, including the WSOP Circuit event at Caesars Indiana in 2005 and the 2004 World Poker Finals. He also finished second in the 2004 LA Poker Classic Championship event, earning him more than $700,000.
