

Josh Arieh's poker style combines experience and intuition with relentless aggression and subtle gear changes that keep his opponents guessing.
Arieh was born Sept. 26, 1974, in Rochester, New York, and has played poker for more than 14 years. He has garnered a reputation as a tough high-limit poker player who specializes in all poker games. He secured his first World Series of Poker bracelet in a 1999 limit hold'em event. In 2000, he placed second in the WSOP pot-limit Omaha event. He became a familiar face after finishing third in the 2004 WSOP championship event, and followed up in 2005 by winning his second bracelet, this time in pot-limit Omaha.
